Sarah Clark, MS, OTR/L - Founder
Education: Master's Degree from University of Central Arkansas c/o 2011.
Special interests: primitive reflex integration, play based therapy, Level 1 Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Certification.
From: Raised in NLR, AR, still reside there.
Community Involvement: Special Olympics Arkansas - annual sponsorship and participation in SO-ROW in conjunction with Stronger Together Fitness, New Life Church, Arkansas Down Syndrome Network.
Personal Interests: CrossFit, Softball, coaching and training up my children as athletes, true crime shows/podcasts.
Motivation: I opened PlayRx to allow myself to define a company based in the qualities that I found to be most effective within my years as a treating therapist: Play-Based, Family oriented, education/training/collaboration with community partners/daycare centers. I love the overall vibe and feel that my Staff at PlayRx presents. PlayRx Clinicians are extensions of myself in their clinical excellence and character and I am so proud of each of them for their unending interest in clinical growth, sharing of their views/clinical opinions, seeking out and sharing relevant continuing education and therapy materials, and the love and care that they extend to our community partners and parents/caregivers.
Grace Womack - Office Coordinator
Education: I am currently enrolled in University of Arkansas at Little Rock's online student program, and I'm pursuing my Bachelor's in Professional and Technical Writing Degree! I am a Senior this year and will be graduating by Fall of 2023. With this degree, I wish to use my abilities to become a grant writer! Writing has always been my passion, and I'd love to explore the opportunities that this accomplishment will entail!

Personal Interests: I love to take my dogs walking, play video and board games with my husband and family, and I love reading in my cozy kitchen!
Motivation: In all my years in the job field, I have always worked for a therapeutic company for children with special needs. I have worked with children day to day in a classroom setting, and I now help families explore the many options that are made available to them for the best treatment opportunities for their children. It is my passion to help those in need, and I wouldn't trade my job for the world! It is my absolute goal to help families receive the best care for not only their children, but for themselves as well. Community Involvement: previously served in Leadership at New Life Church's Kid's Life Program
Personal Interests: I love cooking and gardening
Motivation: I love the collaborative, uplifting, and life-giving atmosphere where we work together to support the children, their families, and each other.
Hannah Castle - COTA/L
Education: Graduated from UAPTC/BHCLR with an Associate's
Degree in Science and Certification of Completion of Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
Special interests: All things pediatrics! Sensory Integration and Regulation with an emphasis on relationship and play based therapy.
From: Originally from Maumelle, currently living in Conway/Mayflower area. I have lived in Arkansas all my life!
Community Involvement: Volunteering with Special Olympics Arkansas.
Personal Interests: Spending time with family, loving on my puppy dogs, hiking/biking, cooking, gardening, DIY home renovation.
Motivation: PlayRx is such a fun place to work! I love the team involvement and commitment to providing the best treatment for our kiddos! I do what I do for the kiddos. I think if you can be a positive part of their day then that makes a difference, and they are always a positive part of my day!
Rachel Kamarunas - MOT, OTR/L
Education: Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas
Personal Interests: Reading, my dogs, spending time with family, makeup
Motivation: Rachel prefers to spend the time God has given her to help others by serving children and their families, to help them grow and develop together, and provide client centered care to improve child participation and skills through their personal interests to meet personal and family goals.
Brenna Kelley - COTA/L - Clinical Coordinator/ Sherwood Daycare Liaison/ OT Screening Specialist
Education: Baptist Health Schools, Bachelors In Applied Management ATU
Personal Favorites: Favorite food: Pizza; Favorite color: Blue; I love anything outdoors and time spent with my husband, son Trace, and our yellow lab River.
Motivation: Watching kids learn and achieve new milestones is the greatest blessing! Kids find happiness and excitement with the smallest things!! I have been blessed to be a part of PlayRX since the very early days! Hearing the passion and drive behind the scenes of our wonderful owner left no doubt that this is where I wanted to be and what I wanted to be a part of!!

Dr. Lydia Senko - OTD, OTR/L - Media Specialist
Education: I obtained my clinical doctorate from the University of Central Arkansas in 2021
Special interests: accessible leisure, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, trauma informed care, and dyslexia.
From: I am from Stuttgart, AR but have been living in Conway for most of my adult life.
Community Involvement: Special Olympics Volunteer, Community Connections Volunteer.
Personal Interests: Art, reading, nature, animals, food.
Motivation: Growing up in a rural community and working in area preschools, I saw the increased difficulties for families who needed services but could not access them. I went in to occupational therapy to help those kinds of families. I love how PlayRx enables me to serve children where they are, in a way that is convenient and accessible for all families. I also love that my coworkers truly care about the health and well-being of those they serve, and put the clients first!
Kaelyn Turner - MOT, OTR/L - OT Team Leader
Education: I obtained my masters degree from Texas Woman's University in Denton, TX.
Special interests: neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy, brain injuries, seizures, autism, and ADHD, as well as sensory integration, and SOS feeding.
From: I am from Sherwood, AR and attended high school at Sylvan Hills (go bears!).
Community Involvement: I am a young adult leader at New Life Church.
Personal Interests: I love working out, traveling, and spending time with my husband!
Motivation: I love working at PlayRx because I have the opportunity to serve the city I grew up in. I also love the environment that PlayRx provides and working with ladies that feel more like family!
Dr. Taylor Wheeless - OTD, OTR/L
Education: Graduated from Arkansas State University with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Special interests: Early intervention, SOS feeding, Autism, Sensory Processing, Reflex Integration
From: I was born in Jonesboro, AR where I lived for 26 years, graduated highschool, went to college, and grad school. I moved to Little Rock in the middle of the pandemic in November of 2020 and have lived there for two years now with the light of my life, my little 13 pound Shih-tzu.
Community Involvement: I am a young adult leader at New Life Church where I am involved in our children’s ministries, young adult ministry, and our online campus.
Personal Interests: I love the outdoors where I love to hike, kayak, fish, football, sand volleyball, and them Razorbacks! Wooooo Pig Sooie! I am obsessed with all things Harry Potter and Rae Dunn.
Motivation: I have worked in pediatrics for the last several years as a occupational therapy assistant and now as an occupational therapist and my heart is to see every child included as well as seeing children thrive in everything they do. I chose Play Rx because of the heart behind the company, the culture they have created of family and compassion, and their strive to continue learning and being better versions of themselves for our clients and our community that we serve in.

Addie Davari - M.S., CCC-SLP - Maumelle Daycare Liaison/ Speech Therapy Screening Specialist
Education: Graduated with a Master's in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona.
Special interests: Neurodiversity and Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
From: Maumelle, AR
Personal Interests: The Oxford comma, teaching my dog to talk and perform new tricks, and plants and gardening.
Motivation: Addie takes her work so seriously that she wanted more time to write out her motivation. Her coworkers are impressed by her professionalism and her dedication to empower all kids by helping them increase their communication abilities. She goes out of her way to look for ways to improve the lives of the children around her and educate the adults around them to ensure best practices.

Personal Interests: I love music, documentaries, working out, coffee, and spending time with my fiance and our dog!
Motivation: I love play-based therapy! Watching kiddos achieve their goals and obtain functional skills is such a blessing. PlayRx truly makes it a priority to collaborate and communicate with the whole therapy team - other therapists, parents, and teachers! This place is so special to me!
Katie Lee - M.S., CCC-SLP
Education: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Harding University in 2011.
Special interests: Training in SOS approach to feeding. Certified in Effective Swallowing Protocol. I also work with senior citizens and have dementia capable care training.
From: I was raised in Magnolia, Arkansas but now live in Sherwood, Arkansas with my daughter.
Community Involvement: I am an active member of First Baptist Sherwood and teach children on Wednesday night services.
Personal Interests: I love spending time with my daughter, anything in the water, and you can usually find me with a book in my hand if I’m not doing anything else.
Motivation: What more motivation do we need than having that child run up and want to give you a big hug! It’s such a blessing to play with children as your “job”.
Gracen Miller - M.S., CCC-SLP - ST Team Leader
Education: Graduated from Harding University with a Master's degree in Speech Pathology in 2019.
Special interests: pediatric feeding and dysphagia, traumatic brain injury, and early intervention.
From: I was born and raised in the Kansas City, Missouri area, but have resided in Arkansas for the last 10 years while attending school and now raising a family. My husband and I have a beautiful baby girl and two dogs (a Siberian Husky and a Yorkie-poo!).
Community Involvement: My husband previously served on staff at a local church. We love connection and fellowship with pre-teens and families.
Personal Interests: When I’m not at work, you can catch me hanging out with my family at home or at a park, watching crime or cooking shows, or tapping into my hobby of family photography!
Motivation: I chose to work at PlayRx because of their vision and passion for empowering and equipping children through play-based therapy. The owner and other therapists here really love their jobs and the kiddos we treat. You can tell they put their everything into each session and have the kids best interest at heart! I also enjoy that, not only do we serve children at our clinic, but we also push into the daycares in Sherwood and NLR, as well as work alongside teachers and parents, to help generalize therapy-learned skills into the classroom and daily routines.
Jennifer Wilson - M.S., CCC-SLP -
Resource Manager - provide education and support about additional financial and educational community and state resources for children and families to make sure each client can get all the services they need.
Education: Masters Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences 2009
Special interests: Motor Speech Disorders, English as a Second Language Certified, Orton-Gillingham Certified, SOS Certified, Tethered Tissues and Myofunctional Rehab
Community Involvement: I’m a coach’s wife who spends all her free time cheering for the Carlisle Bison and taking her three boy’s to all their activities.
Personal Interests: Reading, traveling, true crime and paranormal shows and podcasts, and my dog, BOO!
Motivation: My motivation for working at PlayRx is the opportunity to provide families with the resources they need to ensure their child has access to all the services they deserve. I want every child and family to have a voice!
